contact The VUWI merchant and consumer community is fully supported by Coin Free’s state of the art customer care center.  Our merchants and customers will find that 24 hours a day 365 days a year customer care professionals are standing by ready to provide top notch customer service and technical support.  Customer care is a responsibility taken very seriously at VUWI and Coin Free.

Customer Care Support is available at four levels:
• Customers can access our fully automated customer care response center that allows them to inquire about
  charges on their monthly credit card or bank statements.  The system provides consumers with a verbal
  “receipt” which is an explanation of the specific where, when and what of their particular purchase.  Example:
  You purchased a “Commemorative Coin” at “Hershey Park” at “2:18pm” on “March 8 of 2008” for “$3.50”.
• Customers can make inquires by e-mail which are responded to by one of our representatives within 24 hours.
• Customers will also find that a live person is available to assist them with their inquiry by phone or live chat
  during business hours 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST.
• Customers can also retrieve their purchase history for the current calendar year from their online account at
  myvuwi.com.

Technical Support is available at three levels:
• Technical support inquires can be made by e-mail and will be responded to by one of our technicians within
  24 hours.
• Live technical support can also be scheduled by e-mail and notification of available appointment times will be
  sent within 24 hours. Live technical support is free for the initial setup of a VUWI or BUMP payment system;
  however, follow up live support will be invoiced at our current technical billing rate.
